傳GE談判以130億美元併Alstom

（中央社台北2014年4月24日電）彭博引述知情人士報導，奇異公司（General Electric Co. US-GE）正就併購阿爾斯通集團（Alstom SA FR-ALO）進行談判，如達成協議，將成為奇異有史以來最大宗併購交易。

因談判未公開而要求匿名人士指出，雙方協議可能最快在下週對外宣布。

知情人士說，奇異可能以逾130億美元收購阿爾斯通集團，較這家法國火車和電廠營建商目前市值高出25%左右。

值歐洲經濟開始復甦之際，這項併購交易如達成，將讓奇異取得阿爾斯通集團的高速TGV火車和鐵路訊號技術控制權。阿爾斯通集團過去1年股價累跌20%，對奇異執行長伊梅特（Jeffrey Immelt）來說，已成為成本較低的目標。

阿爾斯通集團發言人賀爾汀（Virginie Hourdin）指出，與奇異合併的談判「純屬空穴來風」，奇異發言人馬丁則不願對此置評。（譯者：中央社徐睿承）
