Q2淡季 大盤將進入高檔震盪

安泰ING中小基金經理人林界政表示，短線市場往9,000點靠近，但指數站穩難度不低。受到第2季產業淡季影響下，大盤將進入高檔震盪格局，但回檔幅度並不會太深，拉回修正可分批進場承接。以台灣3月進出口金額分別創下近34個月及32個月以來單月最高水準來看，國內經濟基本面不弱，將持續受惠於美歐經濟好轉所帶動之外銷需求，相較於其他新興國家受美國量化寬鬆（QE）縮減衝擊較低，加上年底選舉行情可期，今年台股多頭格局相當明確。

林界政認為，近期國際市場可先觀察美股走勢，國內則看「軋空手」行情發酵，多數先前未進場的資金，隨著台股創新高的同時，才確認景氣的確是正在復甦階段，加上股東會空單強制回補，有助於盤勢持穩。
