復航售後租回7架客機 處分利益逾5.7億元

復航5架A321及2架A320客機的售後租回交易案今正式簽約，總金額為7200萬美元(約新台幣21.8億元)，估計處分利益約1900萬美元(約新台幣5.75億元)。

復航(6702-TW)今(23)日指出，5架A321及2架A320客機的售後租回交易案，總金額為7200萬美元(約新台幣21.8億元)，估計處分利益約1900萬美元(約新台幣5.75億元)。

復航指出，此售後租回交易案已在去(2013)年12月23日召開的董事會中通過，並於3月17日董事會通過交易對象，雙方於今日正式簽約，共有5架A321、2架A320客機將進行售後租回，而各機租回期間不同，最後租期至2017年3月底。

復航售後租回案主要是配合整體機隊規劃，並充實公司營運資金所需。復航表示，未來也將隨著新機引進，繼續爭取新航點開拓，完整航網布局。
