林飛帆陳為廷 下午1330到北檢說明

台北市警方今天陸續約談林飛帆、陳為廷等人，林飛帆和陳為廷等人，則是決定今天下午1點30分主動到北檢說明。

台北地檢署表示，由於林飛帆、陳為廷都遭人告發，是北檢的被告，因此兩人如果主動到案，檢察官會處理，至於其他人如果是到北檢「自首」，北檢也會受理。

台北市警察局於今天下午4點約談林飛帆，林飛帆在臉書表示，強調「全力應戰，絕不會輸！」在這場公民不服從的行動當中，面對司法追訴，心裡早已有所準備。
