王卓鈞：拒馬拆拆關關　警察也很困擾

太陽花學運雖已退場11天，但總統府、行政院、立法院等機關周邊拒馬、警力都未撤離。民進黨立委管碧玲今質詢警政署長王卓鈞，要求應儘速拆拒馬、撤警力。王卓鈞表示，這是台北市警局負責處理，但總統府周邊拒馬不是每天都架著，「拆拆關關、拆拆關關，我們警察也非常困擾。」

王卓鈞表示，學生撤離後，立法院方仍希望警方加強戒備，且公投盟提出要進入立法院院區廣場，所以才會有這樣的部署。但管碧玲批評，這樣針對不特定事件的維安居然沒有期限，讓警力形同戒嚴，「我每天看了都很心痛、火大！」

國民黨立委吳育昇質疑，公投盟蔡丁貴佔據立院周邊人行道已經2千天，就算合法，也不合情理，若有支持國民黨的團體，也去佔據2千天可以嗎？王卓鈞強調，現行法令就是如此規範，「我個人認為這不是很恰當，但是依法核准，也不能說他不對。」吳表示，若要修法解決，希望屆時警政署能提出意見。（黃揚明／台北報導）
