治類風溼關節炎 中藥勝西藥

（法新社巴黎14日電） 研究今天指出，在治療類風濕性關節炎上，1種名為「雷公藤」的中藥治療效果優於使用普遍的西藥。

中國大陸長期以來都使用雷公藤來治療類風濕性關節炎，這種自體免疫疾病會影響手腳四肢關節，可能導致患者不良於行。

雷公藤的萃取物已引起多間藥物實驗室興趣，因為雷公藤含有數百種化合物，其中包括據信能抗發炎與抑制免疫反應的二?類（diterpenoids）。

根據這篇發表在「英國醫學期刊網路版」（BMJOpen）的研究，北京協和醫院研究207名類風濕性關節炎患者，將之分成中藥組、西藥methotrexate組（商品名為Rheumatrex或Trexall）以及中西藥結合治療組。

6個月後，174名患者完成試驗，在「ACR50」達成率上，中藥組為55%，西藥物組46%，但結合中西藥治療組為近77%。ACR50指的是關節炎症狀改善50%，ACR為美國風濕病學會（American College of Rheumatology）的縮寫。（譯者：中央社陳怡君）
