【時報記者郭鴻慧台北報導】好房網依據成交資料發現，台北市精華區七大百貨公司商圈成交資料發現，台北市七大百貨商圈套房均價，竟高出北市套房均價近3成，統領明曜商圈及忠孝SOGO百貨商圈套房，挾兼具捷運宅優勢，是七大百貨商圈中，唯二套房單坪均價破百萬。其中SOGO忠孝商圈較京站商圈套房單坪均價價差，更高達近45萬，換而言之，如以購買10坪套房計算，SOGO敦南商圈套房要價約1033萬，新光三越南西商圈套房則僅580萬，價差達453萬之多。
