大陸億邦動力網晚間報導，京東集團已在內部宣布人事調整訊息，現任董事長兼CEO劉強東將卸任CEO，改由目前首席營運官（COO）沈皓瑜接任。劉強東繼續擔任京東董事長，不過將逐步退出日常營運和管理。

報導指出，劉強東退居二線並不意味失去對京東的控制權，根據京東日前向SEC提交的招股說明書上顯示，劉強東持有京東18.8%股權，為最大股東。

另外，現任京東副董事長趙國慶宣布，在個人學習和創業考量下，不再繼續擔任京東副董事長，轉為集團高級顧問。
