中信併台壽恐破局 金管會：尊重買賣雙方

中信金併購台灣人壽案面臨破局，台灣人壽大股東龍邦國際興業方面昨（16）日向金管會說明，不賣台壽保給中信金了。金管會官員表示，此事屬於私人契約，只能尊重買賣雙方，金管會不會介入，也沒辦法介入。

台灣人壽與中信金去年底已分別召開股東臨時會，通過換股合併案。昨天卻傳出台灣人壽大股東反悔，合併案面臨破局，這在國內金融機構併購相當罕見。

外傳龍邦昨天召開董事會，決議不賣台壽保給中信金了。金管會官員表示，龍邦方面昨天確實有跟金管會保險局說明不賣一事，至於何時召開董事會通過不賣決議等細節，金管會方面並不清楚。

金管會官員表示，對於台灣保大股東決定不賣一事，金管會只能尊重。
