屏東市鶴聲國小不僅長期鼓勵學生吃糙米飯，「有顏色的飯」成為學生的最愛，且每日一定有一道有機蔬菜，均衡飲食，讓小朋友養成良好的飲食習慣，更鼓勵小朋友少喝會抑制生長激素的含糖飲料，學生均自備白開水，營造「健康」校園概念。
