手指虎當飾品帶出國　傻靚女被法辦

時常出國旅遊的李姓女子，去年耶誕節出國前往泰國芭塔雅旅遊，見到有人兜售「手指虎」，覺得很好看，可以拿來當做裝飾品，立即掏錢買回國珍藏。

今年2月1日李女準備出國前往中國，在台北松山機場搭機時，安檢人員在李女的托運行李內，發現該只金屬製的手指虎，經送驗認定具有殺傷力，因此函送法辦。

北檢開庭時，李女表示不清楚所購買的手指虎具有殺傷力，也不知道手指虎屬管制刀械，買它的原因只是單純認為可以做為裝飾品而已。

檢察官認為李女違反《槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例》加重攜帶刀械罪，為2年以下的有期徒刑，但考量李女並無前科、坦承犯行、犯後態度良好，予以緩起訴，並令其在緩起訴確定後2個月內，繳交1萬5千元給指定的公益團體。（呂志明／台北報導）
