歐盟規範高頻交易 議員支持

（中央社台北2014年4月16日電）彭博報導，歐洲聯盟（EU）議員贊成規範高頻交易，以遏阻波動、加強市場安全性之後，歐盟的高頻交易商將面對全世界數一數二嚴格的規範管控。

管控高頻交易的規範包括：意在避免證券價格增幅太小的標準、強制測試交易演算法，以及要求造市者在每天指定時間提供流動性。這些限制是歐洲議會昨天在法國史特拉斯堡（Strasbourg）通過，為改造歐盟市場的法案。

在歐洲議會主導這些規範制定的議員費伯（MarkusFerber）說，價格增幅規範等措施，以及要求「價格波動超過一定程度」必須停止交易等規定，將減緩高頻交易到「比較可控制的速度」。（譯者：中央社鄭詩韻）
