金管會：銀、保、證 赴陸投資有限額

金管會表示，銀行、保險及證券期貨赴大陸投資都有比率限制。銀行對大陸的授信、資金拆存及投資(曝險)，不可超過淨值1倍；證券、保險到大陸投資也不可以超過淨值40%。

金融監督管理委員會17日將赴立法院財政委員會，進行「海峽兩岸服務貿易協議若未能簽訂，對金融產業與電子商務產業的影響」報告。

金管會表示，銀行對大陸地區授信、投資及資金拆存總額度不得超過上年度淨值1倍；台灣的證券期貨業赴陸投資證券期貨機構，可投資總金額上限不得超過淨值40%；保險業赴大陸投資比率的上限也是淨值(業主權益)的40%。

金管會主委曾銘宗日前強調，短期之內不會調整銀行對大陸曝險的上限。

金管會強調，金融業申請赴陸投資應符合一定的財務業務健全標準、定期或發生重大事件時應向主管機關申報等事後追蹤管理機制等。
