台鐵電車線斷落 影響近萬乘客

繼前天列車差點對撞，昨天早上台鐵雙溪—三貂嶺間，又因邊坡路樹折枝滑落，造成約一百五十公尺電車線斷落，共九千三百名旅客受影響。連續兩天發生狀況，考驗昨天剛上任的台鐵局長周永暉。

周永暉說，未來將整合台鐵的戰鬥力，行車安全第一，其次再深化服務。

昨天上午七點廿五分，行經出事路段的第二○四次自強號司機員通報折枝壓斷電車線，台鐵隨即派電力維修車搶修，中午十一點廿八分修好、恢復通車，共計影響卅四列、七百卅三分、九千三百名旅客。

清明連假結束後第一個工作天，台鐵就大誤點，讓不少從瑞芳前往汐止工作的民眾抱怨連連。

前天在台鐵後壁站因冒進險些釀成列車對撞意外的司機員及列車長，各記大過一次，並調離現職。交通部長葉匡時認為這是嚴重疏失，要求台鐵加強教育訓練。
