隱瞞凶宅還低買高賣　男吃詐欺官司

台中市一名王姓男子(57歲)與劉姓友人，7年前以不到800萬元的價格合購台中市西屯區一處兇宅。原屋主的兒子當時有告知是因為父親上吊自殺，才賣得如此便宜，劉姓友人還為此多此舉辦法會。
 
後來劉姓友人無力負擔房貸，王男得自行繳納利息，壓力漸重，3年前10月王男委託一家不動產經紀公司出售，並在「不動產標的現況說明書」的是否發生自殺或兇殺情事欄中，勾選「否」，致新買主在不知情狀況下，以1500萬元買下這間凶宅。
 
去年新買主入住後，才從鄰居口中知到買到兇宅，憤而提告。台中地檢署依最高可判刑5年的詐欺罪起訴王男。(鄧玉瑩／台中報導)
