性愛光碟女主角「長得跟妳好像」　男設局逼姦前女友被訴

「裡面那個女的長得跟妳好像！」32歲陳姓男子涉嫌以家中信箱收到一片性愛光碟，而且畫面中女子疑似就是前女友為由，將前女友約出後企圖性侵未果；全案經新北地檢署偵結後，在今（9）日依強制猥褻、傷害等罪嫌起訴。

根據了解，陳男在將前女友約到新北三重地區某汽車旅館後，便佯稱手機沒電、找不到檔案等理由拖延，直到凌晨兩點多才假意表示，時間很晚了，要求前女友留宿。

結果沒想到前女友洗完澡要上床睡覺時，陳男竟企圖硬上，前女友不從奮力抵抗更一度慘遭陳男毆打頭部及臉部，隨後便遭到陳男以下體摩擦陰部得逞；全案經新北地檢署偵結後，依強制猥褻、傷害等罪嫌對陳男起訴。
