windows7正版軟體可以重灌嗎?

我想問的是如果我買win7的正版軟體,那我的電腦如果中毒,或者系統越來越不順暢的時候,windows7作業系統的正版軟體可以自己重灌嗎?還是要給專門修電腦的灌?需不需要什麼複雜的設定?還是就像安裝一般軟體一樣放入光碟機就會讀取,然後輸入序號與密碼就可以使用呢?如果可以自己灌需要買哪一款,什麼進階版,隨機版,家用版...等,因為我去組電腦,他叫我多付800元才有幫人灌...那我到底可不可以買正版的自己灌啊?
