注射精神分裂症藥物 日17人死亡

美國楊森大藥廠的日本分公司9日表示，自從去年11月在日本推出精神分裂症注射液Xeplion以來，已有17人在注射這種藥物後死亡。

雖然還不知道是否是Xeplion導致這些病患死亡，但楊森大藥廠請日本的醫師在用藥時格外小心。

Xeplion是品牌名稱，藥學名為Paliperidone Palmitate，已獲78個國家和地區核准上市。

日本已有1萬700人注射此種藥物，喪生的17人中，有多人是在注射後約40天死亡。
