【時報-台北電】共同社報導，日本外務省官員7日透露，4月下旬美國總統歐巴馬訪日時，夫人蜜雪兒將不同行，「據說是因為女兒學校的原因」。該官員表示，國賓訪日時，夫人不陪同的情況實屬罕見。

日本政府已決定以國賓規格於24、25兩日接待歐巴馬。歐巴馬25日離開日本後，將前往南韓、馬來西亞和菲律賓訪問。（新聞來源：中時即時諶悠文）
