半導體材料市場去年衰退 總營收減3%

SEMI Material Market Data Subscription （MMDS）最新研究報告指出，在全球半導體總營收成長5%的狀況下，2013年全球半導體材料市場總營收為435億美元，相較2012年減少3%。

由市場區隔來看，晶圓製造以及封裝材料2013年市場分別為227.6億美元及207億美元，2012年晶圓製造材料市場為234.4億美元，封裝材料市場則達213.6億美元。在矽營收、先進基板，銲線的營收下降影響下，使整體半導體材料市場連續第二年營收下滑。

SEMI指出，身為全球主要晶圓製造及先進封裝基地，台灣已連續第四年成為半導體材料最大消費國，但去年台灣與北美市場皆持平。受惠於晶圓廠材料的成長實力，中國和歐洲的材料市場在2013年皆成長4%。日本的材料市場下滑12%，同樣在萎縮的市場也包括韓國及其它地區。
