鴻海高層索回扣案　檢調再度發動搜索

檢調偵辦鴻海(2717)高幹收回扣案，為了鞏固案情，今天持法院核發的2張搜索票，前往一家涉嫌行賄的廠商及員工住處搜索，同時約談鴻海及行賄廠商各1名員工到案，目前2人正在新北市調查處接受訊問。

檢調發現，目前在押的鴻海集團SMT(Surface Mount Technology)技術委員會副主委廖萬城，涉嫌利用簽核集團年約500億元設備採購大權，指示STM3名委員向供應商索回扣共近億元，廖再透過白手套郝緒光出面向廠商拿錢。

今年初檢調發動首波搜索約談，並將廖萬城、郝緒光收押禁見，事後發現當出清查行賄廠商時，有一家涉嫌行賄的廠商漏未清查，檢調為保全證據，今天再次執行搜索，同時約談2人到案說明。（林益民／台北報導）
