Android屏幕待機應用Cover於昨日在其官方博客上宣佈，已經正式被Twitter收購，收購案的相關細節目前還沒有被公開。此次收購后，Cover團隊將加入Twitter，並且其應用將會繼續在Google Play上提供。

就像36Kr之前多次介紹的那樣，Cover是一款具基於情境內容分析的品，它能夠收集分析用戶的位置、時間信息，並基於這些信息為用戶呈現相關環境下使用頻率最高的應用表徵圖。同時，它還能夠根據用戶對不同應用的使用頻率調整顯示內容，使用的時間越久，應用推薦的越精準。

關於此次收購，Cover的官方博客這樣寫道“就像Cover一樣，Twitter認可Android未來難以置信的潛力，並且他們也和我們一樣，相信智能手機可以變得更加的智能——更有效、更能與環境互動。我們將會一起合作，來讓這些事情更快地發生。”

Cover由Facebook、Google 和雅虎的前員工組建的團隊開發，並且在去年已經獲得了170 萬美元的投資，此次被Twitter收購，Cover也算是“功德圓滿”了。
