少年偷歐兜賣趴趴走　人太小隻被警逮

細漢偷摘瓠，大漢偷牽牛！基隆市一名13歲林姓少年，上周五上午10時許，見路邊一輛摩托車鑰匙插著停在路邊，所幸將車騎走四處兜風，因林男身型瘦小騎車搖搖晃晃，路邊警員見狀上前攔阻，林男趕緊闖紅燈加速逃逸，與警方追逐1公里左右被逮，林男辯稱是外婆的，仍被警方識破帶回警局偵訊。

警方通知被害女車主前來領車，女車主在派出所飆淚說：「摩托車花了7萬多，剛買一個多月就不翼而飛，幾乎吃不下飯！」事後得知林男家境不好，只靠年邁的外婆照顧，也不願意計較。警方訊後依竊盜罪，將林男移送少年法庭。（陳偉周／基隆報導）
