台電視虧損 港壹傳媒擬減股本

（中央社記者張謙香港2014年4月8日電）官方香港電台報導，香港壹傳媒集團因為台灣的電視業務虧損嚴重，今天向高等法院申請減少股本，以抵銷虧損的金額。

報導表示，法官將申請押後至5月9日處理。

香港券商指出，所謂減少股本，一般是指上市公司的大股東向市場出售股票，又或向第三者出售，以籌措資金。

壹傳媒多年前在台灣經營電視業務，但虧損嚴重，已於前年底出售電視業務等。1030408
