前立法委員朱高正去年到西門町紅包場喝酒，因不滿店家服務態度，在結帳離開時，怒摑女歌手，員警獲報前往處理時，朱還涉嫌將員警推倒在地。台北地檢署今天依妨害公務等罪，起訴朱。
