微軟迎娶諾基亞 大陸放行

（中央社台北2014年4月8日電）「華爾街日報」（WSJ）報導，諾基亞公司今天宣布，以54億歐元（74億美元）把手機事業賣給微軟公司的出售案已取得中國大陸主管機關批准。

這筆去年9月敲定的交易，如今已獲得歐洲聯盟執行委員會（European Commission）、美國司法部和其他管轄區的核准，預計4月大功告成。

這筆交易目的是重塑諾基亞公司（Nokia OyjFI-NOK1V）的事業，並且助微軟公司（MicrosoftCorp. US-MSFT）一臂之力，大陸主管機關點頭放行被視為是成交的關鍵最後步驟之一。

諾基亞在今天發出的聲明稿中指出，整個主管機關批准過程涉及「徹底審查」諾基亞的授權行為。諾基亞赫爾辛基股價聞訊勁揚，台北時間下午4時54分，攀漲2.7%，報5.46歐元。

儘管已清除許多監管障礙，諾基亞依舊和印度稅務當局在鬧糾紛。諾基亞曾表示，前述糾紛不會對微軟交易結束造成影響。（譯者：中央社尹俊傑）
