烏克蘭官員指出，烏克蘭東部頓內茨克及盧甘斯克市的親俄民眾7日已掌控當地的安全總部。盧甘斯克反政府人士還攻入安全總部的軍械庫，警方已封鎖進入盧甘斯克的道路。

親俄民眾六日並攻入卡爾可夫、頓內茨克及盧甘斯克市的地區政府大樓。卡爾可夫市民眾7日已撤出政府大樓。但頓內茨克及盧甘斯克警方表示，「攻入市政大樓的不明人士已闖入軍械庫，並持有武器」。

烏克蘭臨時總統屠契洛夫已召開緊急安全會議因應。
