【時報-台北電】民進黨籍立委許添財今（7）日在財政委員會上表示，政府不動產稅制修正理想性太高，沒有考慮到風險，應漸進針對小缺失修正，例如土地公告現值可以像紐約一樣，一季調整一次，對不符市價的精華地段作調整。

對此內政部次長林慈玲表示，目前也與各地方政府討論中，暫時規劃朝向半年調整一次。(新聞來源：中時即時吳泓勳)
