路上有樹 酒後騎車車禍賠275萬

32歲廖姓男子5年前，酒後騎機車撞到路上樹木摔車，頭骨破裂重傷，他控告龍井區公所未及時清理路樹有疏失，請求國賠1千萬元，最高法院認定廖的傷勢沒那麼嚴重，且酒後騎車是肇事主因，昨判決龍井區公所國賠275萬元確定。
