快照機先服貿？ 加印須登入陸網

市議員高嘉瑜昨天舉行記者會，指士林區戶政所的證件快照機要加洗照片，須登入中國網站，質疑「台灣還沒服貿，中國軟體已先攻占台灣戶政系統」。

北市府民政局科長洪進達說，快照機是廠商向戶所租地設置，並非戶所委託經營，與戶政系統未連結，無資料外洩之虞，且廠商得知民眾反應後，上月24日已移除該網站。

高嘉瑜說，日前有民眾到士林戶政所申請戶政文件及資料，因需要相片就在戶所的證件快照機拍照，拿到照片後，快照機也提供一個可加印、下載照片的網址；但民眾輸入網址，卻發現是中國的網站，當場傻眼。

她說，士林戶所自元月開始設置的快照機圖檔連結中國網站，廠商雖在上月24日火速移除下載圖檔功能，但這段期間不知有多少民眾肖像被放到中國網站，甚至戶政資料恐因此外洩。
