聯合國報告書：福島核災 不會大量製癌

「朝日新聞」二日引用聯合國原子輻射效應科學委員會（UNSCEAR）公布的日本福島核災對民眾健康影響報告，指出無法確認福島核災是否導致居民罹癌人數增加；事發當時一歲幼童罹甲狀腺癌的比率有增加的可能，但數據不足，也無法做此結論。

將近三百頁的報告指出，日本三一一災變不太可能和一九六八年的車諾比核災一樣，導致多達六千人罹患甲狀腺癌，因車諾比災民平均輻射暴露量是五百微西弗。。

聯合國的委員會以日本政府測量的數據和各國研究論文為基礎，將福島縣內外的居民分為一歲、十歲、成人三組進行研究。

根據報告，核災後一年福島全體成人、包括核電廠周邊居民，全身受到的輻射劑量平均為一到十微西弗；最容易受影響的一歲幼兒，推測為成人的兩倍。但即使是一歲幼兒，受輻射量也低於一百微西弗。一般認為，一百微西弗是罹癌機率明顯大增界線。
