【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】中國政府將再度推出經濟振興方案，以及美國民間就業數據報喜，由營建機械設備廠走強帶動，日經225指數周四盤中上漲0.87%，東証一部指數上漲0.58%。夏普上漲約3%，表現優於大盤，因日經新聞報導，夏普計畫在年底前，將中國的手機用IGZO液晶面板每月出貨量提高至500萬片。
