泰國倒貨 恐引爆亞洲稻米大戰

泰國準備出清數量空前的庫存稻米，預料將造成已逼近六年來低谷的亞洲米價持續陷落，並可能引爆泰國與越南、印度之間的稻米戰爭。

彭博報導，泰國政府準備每個月拋售約100萬公噸的稻米，遠高於去年每個月55.8萬公噸的平均出口量。泰國稻米出口商協會預測，原本就低於越南和印度的泰國基準米價，5月以前可能再跌11%，降到每公噸350美元。

泰國的稻米收購計畫在激烈政爭籠罩下於今年結束，但泰國的庫存去年升抵1,280萬公噸，約占全球出口市場的三分之一。越南商工部長本周警告說，泰國願意以任何價格拋售庫存。

泰國稻米出口商協會榮譽會長朱基雅特說：「我們或許會目睹稻米戰爭的爆發，越南可能把價格壓得比泰國更低。」
