這兩年來陸陸續續換了不少家居家清潔，換到我都覺得煩了，阿姨們打掃久了就會偷工減料，阿不然就是弄壞了東西還不通知...過不久就說不幹了，等之後發現問題就找不到人了.....心態真的很差。
不知道有沒有人有"親身體驗過"讓你滿意的居家清潔，介紹一下吧!

高雄市一名林姓男子(38歲)疑因感情因素，今天凌晨在家中將房門反鎖，企圖燒炭自殺，家人發現後趕緊報警求援。

消防局岡山分隊獲報後出動破壞器材將房門撬開，發現林男倒臥房內已無呼吸脈搏，情況危急，在現場趕緊以心肺復甦術進行搶救並送往國軍岡山醫院急救，所幸林男恢復呼吸心跳，轉院治療中。
 
林男母親表示，林的妹妹日前才因病過世，如今兒子又在家中尋短，讓家屬打擊相當大，痛哭大喊：「你怎麼這麼傻」（劉智維／高雄報導）

反服貿抗爭攻佔行政院，網路上亦有「鍵盤觀戰」熱烈討論，在PTT上力挺激進派者認為，他們願意為理想流血，佩服學生的勇氣與行動力，也有網友發起募款，希望購買國內外部分報紙頭版，刊登反服貿廣告。但反對聲音則認為攻到行政院的舉動太過。

網路募款活動午9時開始，3小時後就募得新台幣633萬元‧共3160名網友響應捐款。但中午就被「證券櫃檯買賣中心」以程序違約為由，要對該募款平台課以罰鍰，並要求即刻下架。

抗爭行動越演越烈，昨晚深夜不少人盯著電視SNG連線看最新進展，臉書上也有人表示憂心的睡不著。今天PTT上對抗爭的路線，也有正反論戰。

一篇「給無法理解為何要佔領行政院的朋友」，提到昨天聽完馬總統「跳針」的談話，下午立法院外現場已有人按耐不住情緒，想要衝向立法院。

贊成激進行為的網友紛紛留言，有人佩服他們的勇氣及行動力，追根究底是政府不出面解決問題，才造成昨天的局面，支持者並發起募款行動，要購買紐約時報等媒體的頭版，刊登反服貿的廣告，短短數小時，募款已經達到數百萬元。

主角:超過30的熟女一名
身分:客戶公司的內勤小姐,有時候會通電話講公事,去他們公司找老闆,偶而會跟他聊上幾句
事因:看到她瘦很多,問幾句...因為不熟,沒有圖..也不敢問她女生瘦胸部的事(怕被說性騷擾)

她這樣減肥..是成功了.所以POST上來給大家參考

時間,大概一年多..平均一個月2公斤

每天騎腳踏車約1.5~2小時..去公園騎

三餐:

早餐:早餐類隨便吃,沒時間選擇..外面買,煎餃/土司...都吃..

午餐:便當..不吃炸類

晚餐:蔬菜沙拉..一定有2種菇類,一顆生菜吃3-4次
或是水煮青菜,瘦肉也用水煮,有時候吃優格或是燕麥牛奶..少油少醣..

1星期喝一杯會酸的檸檬汁(加糖無妨,不要過甜,要有酸度)..可以排宿便

她說她還要瘦5公斤,以便逛夜市可以吃美食..有點本錢胖兩三斤...

我不敢要求拍照..怕被白眼..信不信就看各位了

約70幾降到50幾..目測約53~55公斤..
