【時報-台北電】趁著周末假日赴河濱公園騎自行車近來蔚為風潮，為服務民眾，雙北市4月1日起將整合租車費率、推動跨市的甲地借乙地還、道路救援服務。

台北市水利處表示，下月起不但可跨市借還自行車，若自行車發生鏈條鬆脫、螺絲鬆動等狀況，租借站可免費派員處理。另外也提供簡易補胎、打氣服務，騎士只要撥打0982-780-780（去幫您，去幫您）即有專人服務。(新聞來源：中時即時 張潼)

學生反服貿串連罷課行動人數持續攀升，教育部政務次長陳德華上午強調，不去上課是學生個人行為，「這叫做蹺課、不叫罷課」，在教育部的認定裡，沒有「罷課」這種說法。他指出，學生不去上課，需依照相關規定請假，學校也應該循校內的請假規則來處理。若因蹺課造成學習落後等負面影響，學生必須自行負責。

針對部分校系用表決方式，決定要繼續上課還是停課，陳德華指出，這樣的方式非常不恰當，會讓少數想上課的學生不敢說話。另外，由老師主動提出停課也非常不妥，因為老師的工作內容就是授課，必須顧及每個學生的受教權。

他透露，近來教育部不斷接到很多家長打電話抗議，關心孩子的受教權。反映出確實有學生想上課，但因為學校停課受到波及。

學生自主罷課行動發起人之一、台大城鄉所學生范綱皓認為，集體罷課是一種政治行動。教育部口口聲聲說要推行多元學習，卻不允許學生罷課進行校外自主學習，無疑是自打嘴巴。

他強調，「我罷課在街頭學到的，遠比在教室內學得還多」，讓他個人生命經驗與智識開闊許多。他認為學生罷課上街頭學習，是理論與實踐接軌的最佳途徑。

　　於今年首度舉辦的日本動畫大展 AnimeJapan 2014，一連兩天的活動已於週日（23 日）於東京國際展覽中心落幕，官方統計總來場人數為 11 萬 1242 人，超越了目標人數的 10 萬人。

　　主辦單位表示，無論是娛樂或是商業，AnimeJapan 希望能將所有與動畫有關的事物都納入這個展覽中，雖然目前尚未決定 2015 年是否將繼續舉辦、以及更多的活動詳情，但他們將會在討論後作出對喜愛動畫的人以及業界人士來說最好的決定。

今天要玩遊戲時無法登入，進電腦版網頁時，出現需要驗證身份的頁面，接著又要選擇相片中的好友是什麼人
；因為此帳號只是申請用來玩遊戲的，所以加了很多偷寶或是送愛心的朋友，所以根本不知道誰是誰

本來想說進到好友裡再搜尋我自己的朋友有哪些，但似乎好友裡的名單上都沒有我，猜想應該是被暫時封鎖了，完全無法搜尋...

爬文後說，若是第一次驗證失敗了，之後就會強制採手機驗證，但是我試了好多次，他一樣給我跳回照片驗證，當初不想留真名/手機...等只是隱私考量罷了，請問現在有什麼辦法可以解決嗎？

遊戲玩了很久，角色也細心培育了很久，目前遊戲官方似乎也沒想要處置的感覺...

　　Android 與 iOS 兩大系統分屬 Google 與蘋果兩間公司。Google 從以前到現在都抱持著「開放」的態度，許多官方的 App 不僅 Android 系統可以使用，大多都有推出 iOS 版本。但是反過來看，在 Android 上就沒有 iOS 獨佔的軟體。不過這樣的狀況似乎要改變了，蘋果似乎最近打算推出 Android 版 iTunes 及串流音樂服務。
