《傳產》北市公寓與電梯大樓、華廈價差近36％

【時報-台北電】根據好房網統計實價資料顯示，台北市公寓每坪49.6萬與電梯大樓、華廈67.3萬相較，平均價差竟近36%，且多達5個行政區，包含松山、南港、信義、士林、大同區公寓與電梯大樓、華廈價差均破3成。

好房網進一步分析，相較於南港、松山區電梯大樓、華廈每坪單價分別為58.7萬、90.7萬，公寓產品單坪僅42.3萬及65.7萬，以價差38.8%及38.1%皆逼近4成，價差分居冠亞軍。

好房網表示，相較於大安區、松山區電梯大樓及華廈，單坪價格已突破90萬大關，北市還有過半的行政區，公寓單坪價格僅3-4字頭，也就是說，購買1坪大安、松山區電梯大樓及華廈，已可買下多達7個行政區公寓產品的2倍以上面積，精打細算的購屋族，不防多加留意。(新聞來源：工商即時 方明)

台北地檢署偵辦桃園縣副縣長葉世文收賄案，向台北地方法院聲押涉嫌行賄的遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄、開發部副總魏春雄失敗，立即向台灣高等法院提出抗告；高院今天下午認為抗告有理，撤銷原裁定，發回更裁。

晚間台北地院重開羈押庭，從8時30分開到11時30分，目前進入評議階段，預計將在12時45分宣示趙藤雄、魏春雄收押或交保。

就　今天在捷運玩iphone 4s
忽然跳出一個視窗　上面有串數字
選項有「呼叫」和「取消」
基於好奇　我選了「呼叫」
然後就變成　我在撥一個號碼!!!
我怕電話費暴增　於是猶豫幾秒後取消撥號
看了看撥號紀錄　那串號碼是+1(384)306-6059
請問這是什麼號碼...什麼意思

現在手機上的詐騙非常多，可能不知道的情況下下載了什麼軟體或病毒，對於來路不明的號碼或訊息，新聞都一直報導千萬別點，因此研究那串看起來像國外某地方的電話號碼沒什意義，別亂點選才是要記住的
