《傳產》升級食品產業，擬推源頭管理資訊

【時報記者郭鴻慧台北報導】臺灣食品產業發展協會與甲骨文簽署合作備忘錄，未來將藉由甲骨文卓越的IT技術，為食品產業量身訂做源頭管理資訊服務，從國際法規遵循、食品原料規格管理、食安訊息追蹤的層面著手，建立系統化的源頭管理制度，共同推動臺灣食品產業升級，與國際接軌，強化臺灣食品產業競爭力。

臺灣食品產業發展協會將以IT資訊系統落實源頭管理，精耕食品產業的流通足跡，源頭管理資訊服務平台的三大重點功能包括：建立食品原料規格資訊標準、蒐集國際食品法規、24小時國際食安事件警示通報，其中此一平台預計將建立900項源頭供應商原料規格資料要求，建立台、中、美、日食品法規資料庫。會員廠商可確實掌握食品原料的技術規格之外，系統也會主動通知會員廠商最新的國際市場動態，減少食品開發與製造的風險，同時避免誤用有害原料的可能性。

臺灣食品產業發展協會理事長詹岳霖表示，臺灣食品產業發展協會欲透過資訊科技，協助整體食品產業升級的想法已經醞釀多時，在源頭管理資訊服務平台上得以實現第一階段的目標。此一平台將串聯海內外原料供應商、食品加工業者、國內外通路商或食品品牌大廠，我們預計今年將有5家以上的食品廠商簽署合作備忘錄(MOU)，加入擴大驗證的階段，並在2015、2016年完成指標性廠商應用範例，目標是將此一機制推廣至海外市場，初期推廣的首要目標是大陸、東南亞地區，協助台灣食品廠商拓展外銷機會。

1.NTP校正─網路時間協定校正，在網路上有提供time.nist.gov / time.windows.com等時間伺服器供時間做校正。
2.DST日光節約時間是否也有提供網路伺服器提供校正？若無那有其它方式可達到日光節約時間校正的目的？
