台北地檢署偵辦桃園縣副縣長葉世文收賄案，向台北地方法院聲押涉嫌行賄的遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄、開發部副總魏春雄失敗，立即向台灣高等法院提出抗告；高院今天下午認為抗告有理，撤銷原裁定，發回更裁。

晚間台北地院重開羈押庭，從8時30分開到11時30分，目前進入評議階段，預計將在12時45分宣示趙藤雄、魏春雄收押或交保。
