標題[問題] 富邦產險-營業管理企劃人員

大四下時開始在人力銀行投了許多職缺 因本身想從事活動企劃類型的工作 在富邦產險看到了徵「營業管理企劃人員」職缺的訊息 也很幸運地得到了面試的機會 面試分為筆試(國、英、商業常識)和一對三的面試 主管和人資給我的感覺都很和善親切 介紹工作時也是我喜歡的內容(總公司的活動籌畫舉辦) 因此非常希望得到此份工作 但最後沒有上 原因是主管們希望用另一位有相關經驗的人 而我是應屆畢業生 最近看到這份工作又在徵人了 雖然都是富邦產險的營業管理企劃人員 但聯絡人和先前的人資不同 （暑假時看他還掛在人力銀行上聯絡人也是上次聯絡我的同一位人資） 上面寫的工作內容也和之前不太一樣： 1.跨售業務相關統計作業。 2.營業管理人力據點盤點相關作業。 3.專案規劃管理及跨售相關資訊系統管理等。 爬了一下版上的文大家對富邦的評價有好有壞 我也很擔心其實是要拉保險的業務職缺 （我覺得我較不適合業務性質的工作） 不知道版上有沒有人了解這份工作的工作內容及詳細情形 可以分享請教一下 我上次去面試時真的滿喜歡那裡的工作環境 也覺得是一間福利很好制度很完善的公司 而且滿希望可以先在北部發展的 希望知道這職缺相關訊息的大大都能不吝與我分享 謝謝你們：） -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 203.187.59.42 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1411043842.A.598.html

受輕度颱風「鳳凰」和西南季風共同影響，菲律賓多個省市19日持續暴雨引發洪災，目前已知當地已至少有5人死亡，51萬人受災。 　　

菲律賓國家減災委員會最新發佈的災情通報顯示，截至19日晚10時，持續降雨引發菲國首都馬尼拉及伊羅戈斯、卡拉巴松、民馬羅巴等地區十多個省市出現大規模洪災，受災民眾已達51萬人，有8.3萬人緊急疏散到避難場所。 　　

官方確定的遇難者包括：1名溺水的兩歲兒童、1名被風雨颳倒樹木砸死的嬰兒、1名頭部被砸死亡的69歲婦女，以及1名遭泥石掩埋遇難的31歲男，當地媒體最新報導則稱，菲國知名高校聖托馬斯大學的1名大學生當天在校門口附近觸電身亡，另有1名同行的大學生觸電重傷。 　　

馬尼拉電力公司透露，19日馬尼拉等受災地區共有超過20萬家庭斷電，電力公司表示會在洪水消退後第一時間恢復供電。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）

美國房市否極泰來，市區和郊區房價節節上漲，房租也水漲船高，使得距市區更遠，可是房價可能便宜一半的遠郊區對財力有限的購屋者更有吸引力，並推動這些地區提早復甦。

「華爾街日報」報導說，遠郊區在房市崩潰時受創最重，有部分是因為工作流失、拖欠房貸和汽油價格高漲，對遠郊區家庭衝擊特別強烈，並妨礙這些遠離市區的房屋銷售和興建。

遠郊區 (exurb)通常是指位於大都會區外圍的住宅社區，社區外圍大多是農地或空地，很多居民長時間開車上下班。

許多經濟學家原來認為遠郊區這幾年內不可能復甦，可是很多遠郊區卻比預期的更早恢復生氣，南部和西部尤其顯著，而最主要的原因就是房價比較便宜。

自2009年以來，全美成屋中位價格已回升大約23%，新屋價格也提高26%。在鳳凰城、邁阿密、德州奧斯汀和加州聖荷西等地，房價已恢復或接近經濟衰退之前的水準，使得很多家庭買不起房子。

同時，在美國79個最大的市場，過去三年房租平均提高10%，月租達到1100元，創下Reis研究機構1980年開始追蹤房租以來的最高水準。

相形之下，遠郊區房價仍然便宜很多，對受不了市中心房價和房租高漲的買主很有吸引力。

例如，鳳凰城Maricopa郡房屋中位轉售價格，已從2011年的最低點回升82%，達到20萬5000元。在此期間，亞利桑納州Pinal郡遠郊區房價雖回升65.5%，可是中位價只有14萬4000元。由於遠郊區地價便宜得多，面對需求增加，營建商也恢復在這些地方蓋房子。

在佛羅里達州邁阿密以南約20哩的Homestead鎮，2006年中位房價曾漲到27萬4546元高峰，2008年暴跌到8萬8006元，現在回升到13萬8469元，可是比邁阿密的28萬2456元還是便宜一半以上。
