傳玉晶光電遭千人圍廠 已平息

（中央社台北2014年9月20日電）提供iPhone 6攝影鏡頭的福建廈門玉晶光電，今天被大陸網友上傳多張衝突照片，指公司7名保安人員圍毆一名員工導致重傷，引發逾千名工人圍堵廠房，管理層最後率保安道歉，工人才散去。

不過，截至發稿前，致電玉晶光電無人接聽，也無法聯繫到相關負責人，未知玉晶光電的回應。

大陸百度貼吧和新浪微博等網路社交平台與論壇，有自稱現場目擊者的網友上傳多張衝突照片，指廈門玉晶光電廠房有7名保安人員圍毆一名員工，導致員工重傷入院，因而激起超過千名員工圍堵廠房抗議。

另外，大陸網路媒體微新網也報導上述消息。

自稱在現場的廠房工人在網路上發消息說，「保安打人，7個打一個，用乾粉滅火器噴我們員工，員工暴動，上千夜班兄弟圍堵廠門口，扔石頭、雞蛋、水瓶砸保安、砸玻璃，砸得他們襄理頭破血流，逼得董事長出來，保安集體三鞠躬大聲說對不起道歉。」

事件起因眾說紛紜。有工人指，「幾個保安去車間群毆一名女員工，導致手臂斷裂，全身是傷，進了醫院。」

也有人說，事件起因是保安進行例行巡檢，一員工就說了句「保安來了」，廠牌就被收走了，發生爭執後，7個保安群毆一名員工。

還有人稱，是兩名員工在廁所吸菸，一人出來後看到保安通知裡面的人，最後被保安叫人圍毆，把腿都打斷了，重傷住院。

由於圍場工人情緒激昂，警方、武警也無法平息，最後由管理層於昨天上午11時出面率保安道歉後，圍廠工人才逐漸散去。

玉晶光電（廈門）有限公司是台資企業，成立於1994年，專門生產各種玻璃鏡片、球面與非球面塑膠鏡片、鏡頭，還有鏡頭設計、開發及生產。

過去，蕭瓦特(Buck Showalter)這個名字不常被提起，最近4年來擔任金鶯總教練，加上陳偉殷加入金鶯，國內球迷對蕭瓦特越來越感興趣，也越來越熟悉。

在16年執教生涯中，蕭瓦特就際遇來看，有點像是悲情英雄。1992年在洋基展開教練生涯，1995年帶領球隊打進季後賽，但遇到小葛瑞菲(Ken Griffey Jr.)為首的西雅圖水手，2：3輸球。

之後蕭瓦特被開除，洋基迎來新教頭托瑞(Joe Torre)，在托瑞與基特(Derek Jeter)合作無間的情況下，洋基6年內5度闖入世界大賽，並抱回4座冠軍。

1998年，蕭瓦特接手亞利桑納響尾蛇隊，隔年立即打出100勝62負，可惜在季後賽第一輪落敗，2000年蕭瓦特無法再讓球隊打出同等氣勢，球季結束後也離開亞利桑納。悲情的是，2001年響尾蛇改由布蘭利(Bob Brenly)執兵符，並隨即贏得世界大賽冠軍。

2003到06年間，遊騎兵找來蕭瓦特，但4年裡從未打入過季後賽，之後遊騎兵也在華盛頓(Ron Washington)的帶領下打出佳績。

一直以來，蕭瓦特都被外界形容為一位冷漠、詭計多端、做事風格相當偏激的教練，2010年金鶯隊對外界流言蜚語充耳不聞，迎來蕭瓦特掌兵符，因為他們不願在美聯東區繼續當洋基和紅襪的墊背。

蕭總是金鶯該年第3位教練，戰績34勝23負。接下來金鶯雖跌跌撞撞，也在2012年重返季後賽。今年金鶯順利在美聯東區封王，陳偉殷勝場數來到生涯新高16場，金鶯也連續3年勝率超過5成。

但美媒叮嚀，雖然陳偉殷今年目前拿下16勝，金鶯仍舊欠缺王牌等級先發，因此，季後賽開打後，蕭瓦特必須善用實力高人一等的金鶯牛棚，才能持續保住衝擊本季世界大賽的機會，並擺脫悲情英雄的形象。

台北市議員鍾小平點名信義警分局前副分局長石明哲向夜店業者收規費，被打死的刑警薛貞國是收賄的「豬油仔」，薛貞國胞弟薛貞興昨天在臉書留言，要求鍾拿出證據。

鍾小平昨晚在臉書回應「業者沒針對您哥哥」。薛貞興不滿地說「不是請見諒三個字能交代！」

薛貞興在臉書上留言表示，「請問你對我哥哥的指控是真實的嗎？有任何證據嗎？能證實給我看嗎？」、「請你提供證據，因為你們口中的薛貞國不是我認識的薛貞國。」

鍾小平在臉書寫到「薛先生您好，業者的指控是針對副分局長（即石明哲），副分局長是否涉嫌由檢察官決定，並不是針對您哥哥，如有困擾請您見諒。」

薛貞興將鍾小平的回應截圖，再質問「鍾小平議員大聲指控我哥就是負責收黑錢的豬油仔，事後質疑他又否認」、「對於薛貞國的傷害，並不是最後三個字「請見諒」能交代。」並附上鍾小平對媒體發言的影音連結。

薛貞興的文章一貼出，薛的親友紛紛留言「說話怎能如此不負責任。」、「大街打人小巷道歉。」和「失去了名譽的尊嚴，請問議員能賠償嗎？」並支持薛貞興提告。

鍾小平對信義警分局的指控，也造成警界的不滿，不少官警都說，沒有證據就能隨意指控，警界高層應該強硬，對鍾小平提告。
