今天中午11時29分許，廈門湖里區嘉禾路國泰大廈旁福園公寓樓下一小吃店內瓦斯罐爆炸，爆炸範圍波及十多公尺。據海峽導報稱，截至下午2時，已造成6人死亡、26人受傷。

目擊者稱，聽到轟然巨響，附近玻璃窗都被炸碎，有一輛電動車經過門面，被炸飛，現場滿目瘡痍，有民眾手臂被炸斷，全身都是血。

比利時聖戰士陰謀攻擊歐盟總部

（中央社布魯塞爾2014年9月20日綜合外電報導）報導今天指出，比利時當局正展開掃蕩行動，致力遏阻極端分子發動攻擊，而歐洲聯盟執行委員會是自敘利亞返國聖戰士鎖定的可能攻擊目標之一。

荷蘭公共廣播系統「荷蘭廣播基金會」（NOS）表示，在比利時落網者當中，至少有2人來自海牙。

NOS引述未具名消息來源報導稱，「他們計畫發動攻擊，攻擊目標之一是歐盟執委會大樓。」報導又說，個別執委並未特別被鎖定為攻擊目標，那會更像是猶太博物館攻擊事件，目的是儘可能殺害更多人。

布魯塞爾5月發生的猶太博物館攻擊事件，造成4人喪命。嫌犯法籍男子奈穆許（Medhi Nemmouche）在敘利亞與伊斯蘭極端分子並肩作戰超過1年，如今因恐怖主義謀殺控訴遭比利時當局羈押。

記者要求發表評論時，歐盟執委會發言人表示，「我們已知悉此報導，我們有信心，比利時當局將會確實採取適切後續行動。」

歐盟執委會大樓是布魯塞爾最受矚目建築之一，北大西洋公約組織（NATO）以及眾多國際性企業和組織的總部也設在布魯塞爾，但布魯塞爾的維安通常都保持低調和不引人注意。

比利時「迴聲報」（L'Echo）稍早前報導說，比利時當局最近幾個月以來，對聖戰士和激進組織伊斯蘭國（IS）同路人展開先制行動，逮捕多人。

報導稱，估計高達400名比利時人前往敘利亞參與戰事，已知約有90人返國。

報導引述消息人士說：「在這些人當中，9個人就有1人放眼發動攻擊，這只是保守估計。」

報導說，消息人士不願透露攻擊計畫的細節及防阻行動，主要是基於安全考量和避免引發民眾驚慌。
