高雄一卡通與日本西瓜卡結盟

（中央社記者程啟峰高雄2014年3月14日電）高雄一卡通日本嘛也通有譜，高雄一卡通公司今天與日本西瓜卡公司簽合約，宣布雙方票證跨國合作；不過，法令仍待突破。

在高雄市副市長劉世芳見證下，高雄一卡通票證公司董事長王國材與日本AUQA Solutions公司社長清水真簽合作意向書，雙方建立業務支援與合作關係，未來將朝雙方票證跨國使用發展。

發行日本西瓜卡的AUQA Solutions公司看上每年台日往來觀光人口380萬人次商機，透過資策會引介，與高雄一卡通公司合作，未來雙方希望透過智慧型手機，讓台灣觀光客持一卡通到日本時，直接用一卡通搭交通工具及小額消費；日本人持西瓜卡來南台灣也能搭公車、台鐵、捷運及小額消費。

王國材表示，這種跨國合作模式為國內首創，日本西瓜卡公司也是首度與海外國家合作，雙方先簽合作意向書，希望能突破法令限制，朝向實質的跨國合作。

他指出，一卡通要跨國使用，須先突破現行金管會、監理等諸多法令限制，只有相關法令放寬，一卡通才有機會跨進國際，日本西瓜卡也才有機會來台使用。
