（中央社記者黃意涵台北14日電）文林苑案不同意戶王耀德今天自拆組合屋，他的堂姐王瑞霙說，完全不知道為何王耀德會這麼做，事出突然，感到心痛。

王耀德上午帶著怪手拆除組合屋，他發出聲明稿說，面對建商樂揚建設將對王家提出天價損害賠償，但反都更聯盟仍極力鼓吹持續抗爭，衡量所有狀況後，自拆組合屋變成唯一選擇。

王瑞霙受訪表示，完全不清楚王耀德自拆組合屋的理由，她認為王耀德是受到樂揚建設的慫恿，才會帶著樂揚建設的人去拆屋，王家人感到很痛心。

王瑞霙說，王耀德的父親過戶土地給他，是要他承擔起責任，沒想到涉世未深的他內心這麼薄弱，讓樂揚建設「抓弱的人下手」，藉此讓王家人打王家人。1030314
