隨身硬碟檔案救回?

我的隨身硬碟最近不小心摔到，
結果試著讓電腦讀取時他要我格式化，
但格式化以後裡面的檔案都會不見，
所以還沒格式化，
裡面有很多重要的資料和檔案，
硬碟裡的檔案還救的回來嗎??
要怎麼救回??
