請問新莊吉泰美建案有網友去看過嗎?評價如何?
只有49坪和41坪兩種.
小弟有去看過幾次,從未開工到上個月,其間看過幾次,面頭前路要5x/1p以上.
能力不足,不想貸太多增加壓力,只能選擇41坪
.
價格從開價5x/1p,到目前的4x/1p(40.96坪)高樓層,車位p3還要240/位.
銷售人員都說只剩下高樓層有消防潵水系統.

建商說地主戶都不賣,剩不多了,想問問大家有何其它資訊.
