野村：房地產業過度投資是中國頭號風險

北京時間3月14日下午消息，野村經濟學家張智威表示，中國三、四線城市房地產供應過剩的風險可能被市場忽略，通常是因為這些城市的房地產數據不是現成的，房地產業過度投資超過信托產品和地方政府融資平臺等其他問題，成為中國2014年和2015年所面臨的頭號風險。

新浪財經訊 北京時間3月14日下午消息，野村經濟學家張智威表示，中國三、四線城市房地產供應過剩的風險可能被市場忽略，通常是因為這些城市的房地產數據不是現成的，房地產業過度投資超過信托產品和地方政府融資平臺等其他問題，成為中國2014年和2015年所面臨的頭號風險。

他還說，2009年城鎮人口每增加一人，竣工住宅面積就增加61平方米，到2013年這一面積增加到113平方米，若當前趨勢延續下去，到2017年這一面積將增加到203平方米。張智威說，迅速上升的竣工住宅面積或許會越來越難以被增加的住房需求所消化。他還稱，房地產業是中國經濟增長的支柱，占到中國gdp的16%。
