清水10月中旬最新大樓案

10月中鹿峰國小對面那面別墅區和農業區

即將推出一個新大樓案以下暫稱A案(似乎是帝堡之類的建商)

52戶共12樓

2-12樓一層四戶

1樓兩戶

兩房三房

此案跟遠雄太子清美居這四案相比的話

地點遠雄太子先踢掉

清美居比較靠近清水市區但是周邊小環境相當不好且都是機械車位又有一房

A案社區都是平面車位又2-3房周邊都是別墅區交通便利

缺點就是 1.生活機能不好但其實也不遠

2.管理費以後可能很高

3.建商等級可能很低或可能是當地建商所以比較少人聽過

4.買來出租可能租不掉，所以投資可能不適合?

感覺這四個案子都有優缺點

很難找到十全十美的
