香港警方晚間對香港政府總部前「占中」群眾展開清場，學運領袖陳為廷、林飛帆，及中研院副研究員黃國昌等人晚間11點多突然佔領香港駐台辦事處一樓大廳，聲援香港抗議民眾。

陳為廷表示，他們的訴求有三點，第一是要聲援香港、第二，譴責香港警方暴力鎮壓、第三是要求馬政府終止一切與大陸的談判，目前僅有信義分局員警在場，陳為廷說，他們會持續靜坐到明天上班，並且關注香港鎮壓情況，再來決定下一步怎麼做。
