埃及總統承諾　協助對抗IS

埃及總統塞西（Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi ）表示，他準備提供任何必要的支援以打擊激進組織「伊斯蘭國」（Islamic State，IS），但表示軍事行動並非唯一的答案。

塞西6月就職以來，20日首度接受外國媒體訪問，他沒有詳述埃及可能提供什麼支持，但明顯排除派兵，聲稱伊拉克軍備充足，問題不是在於海外能否派出地面部隊。

相反，他談到對抗整個地區武裝分子的「綜合戰略」，而非只是「伊斯蘭國」。他表示對於恐怖組織的所帶來的威脅，早在一年前他就已提出警告，但直到「伊斯蘭國」在伊拉克大開殺戒，大家才驚覺嚴重性。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
