許勝雄：不應對榮化進行假扣押

全國工業總會理事長許勝雄昨（14）日呼籲，政府不應對榮化進行假扣押，因為一家企業被假扣押，銀行就會開始抽銀根，恐導致「六輸」局面，建議以現金和提供擔保的方式，讓受災戶求償有門。

許勝雄分析，若因企業之故使公共安全出現問題，負責是天經地義的事，但不應對企業假扣押，因為假扣押很嚴重。當一家企業被假扣押，銀行必需採取的動作就是要求企業還款。

許勝雄說，他從報上看到榮化銀行負債逾百億元，當銀行收傘，沒有一家企業受得了，企業倒閉的危機會上升。一旦企業危及生存，員工、銀行、社會都受到影響，受災戶求償無門，納稅人受害，成為六輸。
